Ingredients

   
75g all-purpose flour
40g light brown sugar tightly packed
30g sugar
1g salt
40g unsalted butter

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Melt and cool butter.
  3. Whisk together flour, brown sugar, sugar, salt.
  4. Combine butter and flour mixture. Use a fork to toss the ingredients until combined but still clumpy. Do not over-mix.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
