Garnish with a lime wheel.
Notes
- London Dry gin is the classic choice — clean profile lets the lime shine without competing botanicals.
- The “golden ratio” for sours is 2:1:1 (spirit:sweet:sour). This recipe is more spirit-forward at 5:1:1.
- Fresh lime juice, not Rose’s Lime Cordial. Rose’s was a shelf-stable approximation — use the real thing.
