Ingredients

   
2g kanten OR 7.2g gelatin
400g water
36g sugar
10g instant coffee

Steps

  1. Choose your gelling agent:
    • For kanten: Boil kanten and water for 2 minutes
    • For gelatin: Sprinkle gelatin over 100g water and let bloom
  2. Add remaining ingredients:
    • Add sugar and instant coffee
    • If using gelatin, add remaining 300g water
    • If using kanten, water is already added
  3. Pour into desired container and refrigerate until set
