002 Coffee Jelly
Ingredients
| 2g | kanten OR 7.2g gelatin |
| 400g | water |
| 36g | sugar |
| 10g | instant coffee |
Steps
- Choose your gelling agent:
- For kanten: Boil kanten and water for 2 minutes
- For gelatin: Sprinkle gelatin over 100g water and let bloom
- Add remaining ingredients:
- Add sugar and instant coffee
- If using gelatin, add remaining 300g water
- If using kanten, water is already added
- Pour into desired container and refrigerate until set
